Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Given the nature of our shipping process, we recommend initiating any return requests as soon as possible after receiving your items.

3. If approved, you'll receive return instructions including the return shipping address
4. Ship the item back following the provided instructions
5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot process refunds for items not received.
Refund Timeline

Condition Requirements

Exchanges
